Clients may choose to schedule individual sessions in a variety of settings/situations. In-person and virtual sessions are available.
Individual therapy is perfect for building upon various skills based upon client needs. Clients are encouraged to schedule sessions weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Virtual sessions typically run for 45 minutes. In-person sessions run for 1 hour, however lengthier sessions are available based upon the activity.
Examples of individual (and group) sessions include: lunch, coffee, bowling, shopping, gym, hikes.
Small group sessions either virtually or in the community are available based on availability of clients as well as client compatibility.
Small group sessions are a great way for clients to practice their skills amongst peers. More importantly, small group therapy can help clients establish meaningful relationships with similar peers in their community.
